Bark liked this: Dremel Pet Nail Grooming Set

It may sound intimidating, but you can actually trim your dog’s nails at home – and the cordless Dremel makes it easy. For dogs with light-colored nails, trimming their nails with standard scissors is a relatively simple (albeit sometimes worrisome) process. But it’s a whole different ball game for dogs with dark nails, as it can be challenging to do. With the lightweight Dremel, you’ll never have to worry about accidentally over trimming as your dog yanks their paws.

You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is and how comfortable your dog is with it, even an advanced dog like me. The latest in the Dremel range is the Dremel 7350-PET, which is 7% quieter than previous models. You can barely tell it’s turned on, at least the two dogs I tested (ages 13 and 8) weren’t affected by the slight noise it made.

Dremel provides simple but precise instructions on how to help your dog get used to the process. Introduce slowly (with plenty of tasty treats) before actually trying to trim any nails — at your dog’s pace. Once you’ve passed the initial introduction, the Dremel makes it easy to keep up with your puppy’s nail trims.

Includes rechargeable 4V Li-Ion battery. Available on Amazon and Chewy.com.
